Indigenous Mental Health Resources

In this section the Stigma-Free Society would like to highlight resources created by Indigenous organizations that will help in your mental wellness journey. Our partner organization, We Matter, has countless resources for youth including the Toolkits featured below and their #WeMatterCampaign videos. Other resources you will find are guides from the First Nations Health Authority, as well as personal stories from Indigenous youth.

Check out these mental health toolkits for supporting Indigenous youth created by We Matter!

We Matter is an Indigenous youth-led and nationally registered organization dedicated to Indigenous youth support, hope and life promotion.
