Buddy Up is a men’s suicide prevention campaign: a call to action for men, by men to help a buddy struggling with thoughts of suicide. Buddy Up teaches men how to help their friends who may be struggling with thoughts of suicide in four simple steps.

Buddy Up is a campaign by the Centre for Suicide Prevention, informed by an advisory committee and vetted by all-male focus groups.
