Buddy Up

Buddy Up is a men’s suicide prevention campaign: a call to action for men, by men to help a buddy struggling with thoughts of suicide. Buddy Up teaches men how to help their friends who may be struggling with thoughts of suicide in four simple steps.

This campaign needs Champions like you to help spread the word that men’s suicide is preventable. Visit buddyup.ca for more information.

Buddy Up is a campaign by the Centre for Suicide Prevention, informed by an advisory committee and vetted by all-male focus groups.
